Compliance obligations vary by product, source, application, destination and transaction. Mulaxis reviews available order-level information and explains evidence boundaries before commitment.
Supplier & source review
Evaluate transaction context, supply history, available documents, quotation consistency and risk signals to decide whether to proceed, request further evidence or reject the source.
Trade & destination information
Customers must provide accurate end-use, end-user, destination and applicable trade information. Mulaxis may pause or decline transactions that are restricted, incomplete or cannot be reasonably verified.
Environmental & material documents
Availability of RoHS, REACH, material declarations or manufacturer documents depends on the specific manufacturer, device, lot and source. Required documents should be requested at RFQ stage.
Brand & authorization boundaries
Manufacturer names and marks identify sourcing scope and customer requirements; they do not imply authorized distribution unless a separate, verifiable statement is provided.
Document integrity
Market information, third-party documents and laboratory reports must retain their original source and scope. They should never be presented as certifications that do not exist.
Tell us in advance
- End user, end use and destination
- Required regulatory, environmental or material documents
- Whether non-franchised sourcing is acceptable and the corresponding quality requirements
- Controlled uses, industry specifications or internal approval conditions
Send any project-specific compliance checklist with the RFQ so feasibility can be confirmed before quotation.
